Chicago council authority removes Take Two promotion from side of public transport
The Chicago Transit Authority has removed advertising for Grand Theft Auto IV from buses and buildings in the city.
According to GameDaily, the decision comes after a weekend of violent shootings in the city – and a Fox News affiliate publishing an article questioning the placement of the Chicago ads.
Take Two’s outdoor banners have already gained attention in cities such as Los Angeles and New York.
GameDaily adds that Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich publicly called out the Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas advertisements in 2004, and these were also withdrawn by the CTA.

*sigh*
There is a video of the news report on Fox News Chicago. Yet again, Fox blowing everything out of proportions, but rather shockingly, they actually show a comment from a woman who is speaking sense saying it's up to parents. Of course, they criticise her comment, but have we come to expect anything other than that from the like of Fox and so on?

The box for GTAIV should just be a big 18 BBFC or as it should be BBGFC. Then nobody can moan anymore!
Re: 18
I find it funny that you bash on Fox News, but you cannot even spell correctly. Add that to the fact that you sound like an absolute fool, then well, you have a deadly combination of classic liberal idiocy.

To Mike
I do apologise if my spelling isn't up to your obviously high standards, though I must say (being rather bored) I ran my comment through a SPAG check on Word, only to be told there was nothing wrong with it. So please, while trying to degrade a person's arguments or opinions because of spelling is probably the most pathetic thing to do, do enlighten me with what my errors are, for I cannot see any. Just for the record, I shall put this through Word too, as we can't have you offended by this "liberal idiot" any further.
