
Philips owned firm reaches out to the wider market as Gamecock joins the list of amBX publishers
Gamecock has revealed it will use the amBX technology in new titles Legendary and Velvet Assassin.
The announcement was made after Philips and Gamecock partnered at the Expo for Interactive Entertainment (EIEIO) at Austin, Texas.
Jo Cooke, chief marketing officer for amBX, said: “Gamecock is another top drawer publisher signing for amBX. Our involvement with Gamecock at EIEIO allowed us to show off slick amBX trailers for Legendary and Velvet Assassin.”
As well as a reaching a huge number of gamers, the event also saw 10,000 music fans attend. Cooke explained: “Reaching out to the wider market is very much part of our strategy for amBX for 2008.”
