
Fabrice Hamaide to head up company finance
Infogrames has appointed Fabrice Hamaide as its new chief financial officer.
Hamaide’s responsibilies include company finance, investor relations, financial communications, and legal and information technology functions. He will report directly to CEO David Gardner.
Hamaide started his career in 1988 as a consultant for Ernst and Young, before working as credit manager and financial controller for Eli Lilly and then for Kraft Suchard Jacobs in Paris. He also worked as a director at Logitech, and most recently held the position of CFO at Parrot.
“We are delighted to welcome Fabrice to the group,” said CEO David Gardner. “With his appointment, we are continuing to boost our senior management team and we are particularly happy that Fabrice will be taking over this role. He is a great asset for the company, and his strong background and professional expertise are an excellent base for this senior responsibility within the group.”
Fabrice Hamaide takes over from Yves Hannebelle.
