Prince Caspian kills Iron Man at US Box Office

Chronicles Of Narnia adaptation due for release from Disney in June

Some good news for Disney has come out of this week’s Box Office in the US – as Chronicles Of Narnia: Prince Caspian knocks off Iron Man from the top of the charts.

Iron Man has been brought to console with some success by Sega, and has steadily moved up the charts since its release - claiming fifth spot in the ChartTrack/ELSPA All Formats rankings in the UK last week.

According to the BBC, The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian took $56.6m (£29m) between Friday and Sunday at US cinemas to bump Iron Man off the top spot after two weeks.

The Disney game is due for release on 360, PS3, PS3, Wii, PC, DS and PS2 on June 9th in Europe.

Iron Man took $31.2 million (£15m) in the period.
