Want a great job in games retail?

MCV advertises the best vacancies in the video games industry every day. There are 112 jobs online right now…

After John Terry’s heartbreaking slip-up in last night’s Champions League final, it looks as though Chelsea Manager Avram Grant will soon be scouting for a job outside of the cosy surroundings of SW11.

Your boss might not be as unforgiving as Roman Abramovich, but that doesn’t mean that now isn’t a good time for you to look elsewhere too – and MCV is here to help.

Our MCV Jobs Board is jam packed with the best current vacancies in UK retail, publishing, development and distribution

This week, GAME requires a new deputy manager for its Chiswick branch. If you’ve got retail management experience and can deliver top-notch customer service, you could be the perfect candidate for a plush job with for the UK’s leading specialist.

Amongst other GAME vacancies, there’s deputy manager posts in London’s Cheapside and Walthamstow branches and the same role overseas – at a store in Derry, Northern Ireland.

GAME is also looking for a string of store managers and deputy managers across the UK, all of which can be found on our Jobs Board.

Elsewhere, top opportunities include a role as a PR executive for a major distributor in the South East and the chance to become a business manager at Microsoft Games Studios in Reading.

I think the first interview question would be:

Do you understand the difference between the price of a Wii (£180) and how much a Wii costs to buy (£240+)?
