Former Massive boss Longano has ‘exited’, confirms company

The founder and president of Brash Entertainment Nicholas Longano has quit the developer-cum-publisher after only a year in charge.

When MCV broke the story of Brash’s entry into the industry in March last year, the company promised to develop movies alongside games and claim several big-name licences.

Now, according to Variety, a Brash rep confirmed that Longano has "exited" the company.

Longano previously ran game advertising company Massive with partner Mitch Davis until they sold it to Microsoft. Davis remains in his post as CEO, and now takes over the president responsibilities from Longano as well.

Longano and Davis founded Brash with Legendary Pictures boss Thomas Tull and Atlanta businessman and Massive investor Bert Ellis.

Longano remains an investor in Brash.

Brash’s two major releases over the last year have been movie adaptations Alvin and the Chipmunks and Jumper: Griffin's Story.
