Mobile version of hit music game proves top franchises can make the move to phones
Hands-On Mobile, the developer of the mobile version of Guitar Hero III, has confirmed that its title has nearly reached the one million download mark, GameDaily reports.
The milestone makes it one of the fastest selling games in mobile history.
"Fans of the Guitar Hero console games have been very impressed with the title's translation onto handsets," Hands-On Mobile chief executive officer David White stated. "Guitar Hero III Mobile has opened the eyes of a whole new group of consumers to the world of mobile games."
