Activision title’s global sales reach double figures
Activision's wholly owned Infinity Ward studio has confirmed that Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, has sold over 10 million copies worldwide.
Infinity Ward studio head Vince Zampella told CNet that he didn't know exactly how many units the game had sold on each platform it is available on, but did say that it had been most successful on the Xbox 360.
Infinity Ward said that COD 4 is one of "less than ten" games to reach the milestone since 2000.
