Title coming in September, confirms Harmonix; New Guns’n’Roses track to debut in game
Rock Band 2 will arrive on Xbox 360 in September, Harmonix has confirmed – with a whopping 84 tracks on one disc.
Addressing the crowd at Microsoft’s E3 media briefing this morning in LA, Harmonix's Alex Rigopulos revealed that fans of the first game will be able to transfer songs they’d played in the original Rock Band – both through DLC and on-disc - into the second easily and “without swapping discs”.
The title will include a new song from long-awaited Guns’nRoses album Chinese Democracy, as well as tracks from AC/DC and Bob Dylan for the first time.
Rigopulos predicted that the Rock Band series would have “over 500 fully-licensed songs available by the holiday period this year.”
