SCEE boss David Reeves insists that Europe not play second fiddle to Americans when it comes to social network service
Whilst Sony’s PS3 conference failed to offer any additional concrete information regarding an arrival date for its much-hyped PS3 social network service Home, SCEE boss David Reeves has at least assured Europe that it will get access to the promised beta at the same time the US does.
It’s common for the European PSN network to receive games and new content quite a while after it’s arrived in North America – fortunately, this will apparently not be the case with Home.
Reeves went on to add the release date for the beta is still autumn this year, as has been previously asserted, and added that he expects SCEI to announce a final release date shortly.

I CANNOT WAIT FOR HOME! THIS WILL WIN THE CONSOLE WAR FOR SONY. EVERYBODY WHO HAS A PLAYSTATION 3, BE PATIENT. I KNOW THERE HAS BEEN VARIOUS DELAYS, BUT IT WILL, IN THE END, BE WORTH IT. (thanks for listening)
