Japanese release of October 30th confirmed, though still no word on European or US retail arrival
Media Molecule’s massively hyped LittleBigPlanet has been given a firm release date of October 30th – in Japan, at least.
The news comes from Sony’s official Japanese PS3 site.
Unfortunately, there’s no word yet on either a European or US release date. Some sources are claiming that an October release is also on the cards for western territories, though there’s been no official confirmation as of yet.
LittleBigPlanet carries with it high expectations for Sony, and is arguably its biggest hitting game this Q4 – other contenders would be Insomniac’s Resistance 2 or Evolution’s Motorstorm 2.
