if halo wars were to be cancelled
i wouldnt care if the game was canned im fed up of halo and the whole series, i just dont get it, companies really have to sqeeuze every last dollar out of a series dont they, and now halo 4 please, how desperate are MS to hold on to their exclusives, bring something new to the table, like you did with Gears of war, this is a great game, online meh, but part 2 looks great 4 player co-op nice touch.
Re: if halo wars were to be cancelled
This is sad news indeed. Forget Halo, this studio gave us the phenomenal Age of Empires series and Age of Mythology. I always thought they were a very well run outfit - using progressive best practises from other parts of the software dev industry.
Nobody is safe, it seems.
Re: Re: if halo wars were to be cancelled
Sheesh, this was completely out of the blue for me to here...how could they close?

Yet another great studio is squeezed dry by incompetent giants... then spit out as a "cost cutting measure". Should make any independent developers think twice about selling to these big corporation "profit, profit, profit" cultures dedicated to mediocrity.
