Star Wars title become LucasArts’ fastest-selling game of all time
LucasArts has announced that Star Wars: The Force Unleashed has sold over 1.5 million copies worldwide since release.
The achievement is a fastest-ever sales record for the publisher, as the title has only been on sale for five days.
“The record-setting sales of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed shows the undiminished power of Star Wars and its popularity across all media types, including video games,” said LucasArts president Darrell Rodriguez.
“We’re blown away by the response.”
