
Xbox 360 version of EA football title on course for very impressive critical score – alongside Dead Space
EA is enjoying an unprecedented series of review scores for FIFA 09 and Dead Space, according to official ratings aggregator Metacritic.
The Xbox 360 version of FIFA 09 is currently averaging out at 9/10, with top scores from titles such as GamesMaster, Official Xbox Magazine and X360.
The PS3 version holds a very respectful average review of 8.7/10, with the PC iteration earning 8.4/10.
The bespoke Wii version also scores at 8.4, with DS, PS2 and PSP version yet to be rated.
The title has already taken 15th place on Metacritic’s highest-ever scoring games.
And in a bumper critical week for EA, Dead Space is also averaging 9/10 – putting it at 14th spot on the all-time list.
