Designer of Atari’s hit RPG speaks openly about Xbox 360 and PS3 port of PC outing
A designer on Atari’s cult PC RPG The Witcher has spoken openly about developer CD Projekt’s intentions to bring the game to Xbox 360 and PS3.
A six minute video on GameTrailers claims that the new title will be called The Witcher: Rise of the Wolf, and will boast several improvements on the original including a re-worked combat system, a graphics upgrade and a number of other unspecified alterations.
Speaking in the video, designer Jakob Stilinsky explained: “There are hundreds of new mocap animations in the console version. We also wanted movement of the character, the main hero and the enemies, to be more realistic and fluent, so we are mocapping a lot of new movements.”
