Killzone 2 dated

Sony has announced via

the X-Play show on G4TV

that Guerilla’s feverously anticipated gritty FPS Killzone 2 will be released in North America on February 27th.

And whilst the game remains TBA in all other regions, an SCE UK spokesperson has told Videogamer that Europeans can expect to receive the game around the same time.

We are targeting a similar timeframe for the release of Killzone 2 in the PAL regions; specific launch dates will be communicated at a later date,” the spokesperson stated.

Killzone 2 is shaping up to be one of the most promising FPS titles this generation, with early reports suggesting that it betters the PS2’s title in more or less everyway.
