New price points for Rock Band peripherals revealed
EA has announced that Rock Band 2 will arrive on PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 2 on March 27th, with the Wii edition set for April 24th.
The game will retail for £49.99 on PS3, £29.99 on PS2 and £39.99 on Wii. EA has also announced new prices for the stand alone guitars (now set at £39.99) and drums (£49.99) while the instrument edition featuring drums, guitar and a microphone will now retail for £89.99.
In addition, gamers can now purchase the instrument edition alongside the software for £119.99 on PS3 and Xbox 360, and for £109.99 for PS2 and Wii.
Earlier in the week, EA announced a PSP edition of Rock Band is also in the works.
