Capcom’s highly anticipated Resident Evil 5 is set for release this Friday (March 13th), and Gamestation has announced it will be opening its stores at midnight in celebration.

Along with copies of the new game, Gamestation will be selling a variety of other merchandise, including T-shirts, hoodies, thermal mug holders and the limited edition red Xbox Elite console.

“This game is arguably the biggest launch so far this year and we wanted to make sure our customers could buy the game as soon as it’s available,” said Gamestation MD Martyn Gibbs.

“Our midnight openings always go down a storm with shoppers and staff alike, so we’re opening over 200 of our stores across the country tomorrow night at midnight, with staff even getting dressed up for the occasion.”
