GDC 09: Publisher says it will match developer’s budgets if they make they titles PSN-only
SCEA’s Chris Eden has lifted the lid on something called the Sony Pub Fund – a new scheme that sees the platform holder contribute to a game’s development costs in exchange for guaranteed PSN exclusivity.
