09/09/09 becomes a major date in fans’ calendars as remastered album collection is readied for release
With the entirety of The Beatles’ global fanbase already opening up before MTV’s eyes ahead of the release of the official video game in September, news of the joint release of the Fab Four’s remastered album collection on the same day is even better news for the publisher.
Due for release on September 9th, or 09/09/09 as admirers of White Album track Revolution 9 will prefer, all of The Beatles’ 12 studio albums, along with Magical Mystery Tour and Past Masters Vol.1 and Vol.II will arrive at retail in digitally remastered versions.
Also released on the same day will be a set of DVD documentaries.
September 9th is also the day that MTV’s The Beatles: Rock Band will hit retail, and the joint marketing and hype frenzy that will undoubtedly surround both the album releases and the game should serve both very well.

Just as I predicted last month, when MCV announced the release of the Rock Band game for the key date of 9/9/9.
If the two Apples can sit down together, I'm still guessing the iPod downloads will also arrive the same day.
