Gamestation unveils Easter marketing push, Playtime goes under, DSi sells 92,000

It’s been a busy week for retail this week. Gamestation has revealed its half-price Easter marketing push, while the DSi launch has come and gone with 92,000 consoles sold.

Also, Best Buy has discussed its planned UK invasion, Awesome Games has reached an agreement with Bethesda over stolen copies of Fallout 3, GAME is the host of this year’s Pokémon tour, and DSGi is attempting its second rights issue.

Elsewhere, popular independent chain Playtime Multimedia has called it a day, and WH Smiths launches a new entertainment website.
