Sony, Nintendo, Logitech and Gem put forward top prizes for trade's big night
The games industry's charity is hoping to raise both its profile and much-needed funds at this week's MCV Awards in London.
Up for grabs are a PlayStation 3 with SingStar Queen, a Nintendo DSi console, a Logitech Pure-Fi Dream speaker dock, a Logitech HD Powerline kit and 500Gb media server and a FLIP Ultra PVR digital camcorder.
Gamesaid hopes that by putting itself in front of the entire industry it can continue to encourage participation and support from all corners of the business.
The MCV Awards are the biggest night on the UK games industry calendar, with over 600 retailers and executives attending. This year's takes place at The Brewery, Chiswell Street on Thursday night (April 23rd).
"We have been overwhelmed by the support that the industry has given GamesAid, at all levels," said trustee and ELSPA chairman Andy Payne.

"This raffle is a simple way for people to give a small amount of money to GamesAid at the MCV Industry Excellence Awards in these trying times.
"The donated prizes are great and the chances of winning are pretty good, which is nice. A big thank you must also go to Intent Media who have been kind enough to allow GamesAid to run this on the night."
MCV and Barrington Harvey staff will be selling raffle tickets throughout the evening.
