Apple blocks C64 iPhone emulator

Legally licensed retro emulator denied release for SDK violation

Having reportedly been initially very keen on the project, Apple has slammed the brakes on the planned release of a fully operational and licensed Commodore 64 emulator for the iPhone.

The app, which is developed by Manomio, includes a full-speed C64 emulator, auto-save functionality and both landscape and portrait support.

...I was looking forward to this, well i guess they could re-submit it along with revised changes such as charging like a few dollars per game, game bundles perhaps - anything to do with money and Apple will succumb to it like bees'n honey!

So someone is allowed to sell a modified SCUMMVM to run Flight of the Amazon queen and Simon the Sorcerer data files yet they block a C64 emulator working on the same principle? What a joke, the N95 is democracy and the iPhone is the Soviet Union.
