MCV reveals Game of the Year edition will come packaged with downloadable content
Media Molecule is working on a LittleBigPlanet Game of the Year edition for PlayStation 3, MCV understands.
The new title is due for release this year and will feature much of the downloadable content currently available over the PlayStation Network.
LittleBigPlanet was released in November last year to huge critical acclaim. A PSP version of the title is set for release during the fourth quarter.
The original LittleBigPlanet is currently available for as little as £11.99 at certain online retailers.

LittleBigPlanet 2
I'm alright with another LBP2 for PSP or LBP 3 for PS4 but not another one for PS3, plzzz, I was sick and tired working out hard for the Platinum Trophy for the 1st LBP and now Im not gonna do it again, and I already have too many trophies, I want to have every trophy, not to miss a few on the way, gosh!
LBP Game of the Year
Balram:
I'm guessing it is not a *new* little big planet. Instead it appears to be a re-packaging with much of the current DLC contained on the disk.
Perhaps they will add some new levels (and of course add them as DLC).
I do not think this is a LBP2.
Greatest Hit's Edition
Yes this new LittleBigPlanet is just a GOTY = Game of the Year edtion. Meaning it is just like a Greatest Hit's edition. It is just the same game with extra DLC and probably a lower price.
LBP Expansion Pack
I don't see this announcement as new but more of an expansion pack. I already had most of the DLC packages, the ones that I like that is, purchased from the PSN Store. I'm looking forward to its Ghostbusters add on DLC package coming soon.
lBp game of the year edition
This admittedly annos me, i've remained loyal to LittleBIGPlanet since its release and ill remain loyal to the psp version, but i have ETHERYTHING on the playstation store meaning if i buy this edition will i be throwing money away? There is only one possible way i'd buy this, if it came with exclusive downloadable content!... and even if it doesnt?... ill probably buy it any way...
