Gamers now able to buy Microsoft Points with PayPal through Xbox.com
Microsoft has announced Xbox 360 owners in the United States can now use PayPal to purchase content on the Xbox Live Marketplace.
The online payment service can now be used to buy Microsoft Points through Xbox.com, according to Microsoft mascot Major Nelson.
Users simply login and associate their PayPal information to their Xbox Live account, negating the need to provide credit card details. They can even link multiple PayPal accounts to their Xbox Live gamertag.
This service is only available in the US, and can only be used to purchase MS Points through Xbox.com. PayPal is not an acceptable method of payment when purchasing Marketplace content through the Xbox 360 console.

PSN Europe
This could really work. I always use ebay and have wished several times now that I could just use money in my paypal account to pay for PSN content. Alas I doubt it will happen. It's ran by Microsoft
On the right track
It's a step in the right direction. There have been several occurances where I've not bought a game or content on impulse because I had no MS points and Microsoft for some reason don't accept any cards other than Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
I really hate the waste of plastic when buying points from retail, though more online payment plus the pre-paid card they are rolling out is all good. Now, just accept Maestro for XBL Subscriptions and all will be well in my flat.
I cannot stand Paypal
Ahh yes, the wonderful world of Paypal, they want the rights of a bank but not any of the responsibilities that "proper" banks have to sign up to. Plus they are owned by global tat bazaar Ebay. Lets not even mention the two collapses the system has had in the last 2 months! This probably comes across as a bitter post from someone who has used them in the past, but I think its only been once or twice, I just dont like them!

Great headline. If your cookie has a bite-sized action and your reader completes the action, I think two things happen. Their self-confidence goes up (which feels good) and their trust in you increases.
Thank you for all your support
