New November release date given for anticipated BioWare RPG
BioWare has confirmed Dragon Age: Origins will now be released on November 6th.
The game was originally slated for an October release, but the developer confirmed to IGN this has slipped to the following month.
“Dragon Age: Origins will be released on November 3rd in North America and November 6th in Europe for Xbox 360 and PC,” said a BioWare representative. “The PlayStation 3 version will follow later in November.”
Dragon Age: Origins marks BioWare’s return to the traditional fantasy RPG genre, after forays into sci-fi with Mass Effect and Star Wars: Knights Of The Old Republic. The game is billed as the spiritual successor to one of the studio’s biggest hits, Baldur’s Gate.
