Sony quiet on PS3 MW2 bundle

PlayStation 3 platform holder Sony has told MCV that it has nothing to say concerning the possibility of a PS3 hardware bundle to accompany the upcoming release of Activision’s Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.

Microsoft this morning lifted the lid on a surprise 250GB Xbox 360 bundle arriving alongside the release of Infinity Ward’s shooter.

It has already been rumoured that Sony will keep its new 120GB PS3 Slim bundle-less for the foreseeable future with the introduction of a 250GB SKU expected in a range of hardware bundles on the way this Christmas.

However, An SCE UK spokesperson told MCV this morning that we’ve not made any announcements about bundle packs, but will let you know should that change”.
