This role is pivotal within the organization and will be responsible for balancing excellent local market strategy, timely planning & execution with shared best practices, communication and coordination across Europe.

This roles primary objectives are as follows:

· Working with the Marketing Director – UK & Europe to oversee the timely development and implementation of effective marketing strategies and execution directly into the UK marketplace
· Drive excellent communication and coordination of marketing strategies with THQ offices throughout Europe
· In-line with company objectives, devise and execute marketing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
· Take full responsibility for day to day management of the Marketing team including budgeting and driving key objectives.
