Actor Tweets about audition for recasting of main lead Cole for sandbox sequel
One of the best PS3-exclusives to date looks to be preparing for the sequel treatment following a confession from actor David Sullivan that he has auditioned for the part of Cole in the as-of-yet unannounced sequel to inFamous.
Joystiq picked up on a Tweet from Sullivan which stated: “First voiceover/motion capture audition today for a video game. Re-casting of Cole in the sequel of Infamous. “I’ll melt your face.” e.g”
The first game saw players assume the role of Cole MacGrath who, as the result of a electrical explosion in Empire City, acquires a range of electricity-based superpowers. Gamers are free to choose the route of good, where they help the survivors of the blast, or the path of good, which results in lots of explosions of killing of pedestrians.
The news that Sucker Punch’s enjoyable superhero romp is to spawn a second title is no surprise, but this points to an official confirmation at some stage in the not too distant future.
