
January 29th release confirmed for EA’s hotly tipped sci-fi RPG sequel in the UK
Publisher EA will release BioWare’s much-anticipated sci-fi RPG sequel Mass Effect 2 on Xbox 360 and PC on January 29th in the UK.
The game’s pre-order bonuses have also been outlined and will include in-game items such special armour and weapons. Retailers who have signed up to the incentive schemes will be outlined at a later date.
“Our fans are in for a genuine thrill in the New Year with Mass Effect 2 – the second instalment in the trilogy will be of amazingly high quality,” BioWare co-founder and group general manager of the RPG/MMO group at EA Dr. Ray Muzyka stated.
“BioWare’s fans worldwide have been eagerly awaiting this epic sequel, and we couldn’t be more excited to reward them for pre-ordering by delivering some awesome bonus content.”
