
Royal Hospital for Neuro Disability, The Willow Foundation, Action for Kids, Special Effect and Winston’s Wish named
UK video games industry charity body GamesAid has announced the results of its vote on which charities are to receive at least £11,000 in funding as a result of its recent fundraising activities.
Five organisations have been named – the Royal Hospital for Neuro Disability, The Willow Foundation, Action for Kids, Special Effect and Winston’s Wish.
One charity is yet to be announced, with confirmation expected next week.
GamesAid distributes funds to a diverse range of charities and is intended as a means of giving something back on behalf of the industry. The GamesAid blueprint can be downloaded here.
