Square Enix Europe to release Eidos-branded action outing on March 26th 2010
It’s been a long time coming but at last we have an official UK release date for Just Cause 2 – the game will be hitting Xbox 360 and PS3 on March 26th next year.
Published by Square Enix Europe and developed by Avalanche Studios, the game will be branded with the Eidos name. It features over 1000 Km˛ of gameworld set in a South East Asian tropical island.
“Just Cause 2 offers the freedom to explore and tackle the world in any way you choose,” Square Enix London Studios’ general manager Lee Singleton stated.
“The grapple and the parachute mechanic will change the way you play open-world games, allowing players to be in the air in seconds, tackling missions from above and using the aerial advantage. If you prefer to stay on solid ground, the choices offered by the grapple are limited only by your imagination.”
