Kinect sells 26k in Japan

Having hit Japanese retail last weekend, Microsoft’s Xbox 360 Kinect reportedly sold around 26k units in its first two days on sale.

Like in the UK, Kinect in Japan is bundled with a copy of Kinect Adventures. Sales include both standalone and units bundled with the 4GB and 250GB variants of the console.

None of the launch titles managed to land a spot on the Create weekly Top 20, Andriasang reports, though the best selling Kinect game was Dance Evolution, which shifted 6k units.

By comparison, Sony’s Move sold just over 50k units in its first weekend in Japan.
