Rockstar Pass is MIA

LA Noire is out in the US and hits the UK this Friday, but we’re still none the wiser as to exactly what the mysterious ‘Rockstar Pass’ is.

The content was first mentioned last week when Microsoft listed it for release on Xbox Live this week. Today’s Marketplace update has brought with it LA Noire themes and Avatar add-ons, but there’s no sing of the Rockstar Pass.

MCV has been unable to obtain any concrete information from Rockstar itself.

The speculation is that it could possibly grant players access to extra content. The big question, though, is whether or not it will somehow prevent pre-owned buyers from accessing things in the way that we have seen with EA’s Online Pass.
