E3 2011: THQ teams up with Adidas

THQ has joined forces with Adidas to produce a fitness game based on the sports brand’s miCoach training plan.

The game is in development for Xbox 360 and PS3 and will be compatible with PlayStation Move and Kinect, according to Eurogamer. It is due for release in spring 2012.

miCoach will help players improve their fitness and stamina through sports such as football, tennis, running, basketball and American football. As they exercise, users will receive personal training tips from various sports stars.

The game will even be compatible with the Adidas miCoach heart monitor, allowing players to gather more data on their athletic performance.

Further details on the game are scarce. It is likely to be officially announced later this week during E3.
