Oculus has sold 25,000 second-generation development kits in less than a month of pre-orders going live.
The figure was revealed to TechCrunch, which means sales of the new DK2 version for developers is outpacing the last. Pre-orders for the new kit went live on March 19th.
Sales of the first generation kit, DK1, were halted last month after certain compentnets used to create the Rift were no longer being manufactured. Lifetime sales of the dev kit said to have reached 60,000.
