2K launches Hearthstone-like WWE Supercard

While still in the midst of trying to crack the video-on-demand market, WWE is now trying its hand at the online card battling scene.

2K has revealed WWE Supercard, a free-to-play digital card game for iOS and Android featuring around 400 wrestlers and managers both past and present. Frequent updates are promised adding new cards and features.

WWE SuperCard represents a great opportunity to extend the WWE 2K brand by delivering unique and power-packed mobile entertainment experiences,” 2K’s VP of marketing Chris Snyder said.

"Get ready to experience WWE card battles on your favourite mobile device – anywhere and at any time.”
