3DS ‘celebration’ events hit Manchester and London

Nintendo will visit train stations in Waterloo, London and Manchester Piccadilly in a celebration of all things 3DS.

Entitled ‘National StreetPass Day,’ the event –which takes place at September 28th – will feature ‘real-life StreetPass games’ and competitions.

Gamers can compete in Mario Kart 7 and Luigi’s Mansion 2 contests

Proceedings start 9am and Luigi and Pokemon characters will be there to wandering around for photo opportunities.

StreetPass Day events will also be present at Eurogamer Expo and, of all places, the Cycle Show in Birmingham.
