505 announces Babysitting Mama

505 Games has announced Cooking Mama World: Babysitting Mama for the Wii.

The game allows young girls to care for a child – with a twist. Babysitting Mama comes bundled with a life-sized baby doll peripheral that houses the Wii Remote.

Players have to perform all the tasks expected of a babysitter: feeding, changing nappies, playing with toys and helping the infant take its first steps. An on-screen baby meter indicates how well it is being cared for.

Mama titles have always been welcomed at retail but this product in particular has received positive feedback,” 505 Games’ senior product manager Juliette Fielder told MCV. It is a totally unique product and a perfect progression for the Mama franchise and retailers can see the appeal of the plush doll.”

Cooking Mama World: Babysitting Mama will be released on November 12th.
