90-minute football gaming special to air on BBC Radio 5 this evening

BBC Radio 5 will air a 90-minute special dedicated to the history and impact of football video games this evening.

Starting at 19:30, the show will be hosted by Dan Walker and Julia Hardy, and features guests including England women’s captain Steph Houghton, FIFA YouTuber Spencer Owen, Sports Interactive boss Miles Jacobson, Konami’s Adam Bhatti and, well, me.

The show was recorded at the National Football Museum in Manchester, which currently features an exhibition put on by programme manager John O’Shea, dedicated to the history of football games.

The show will also be available on the Red Button and via the BBC Sport website, if you prefer to see how I look on camera.
