Microsoft has assembled an impressive roster of talent for its upcoming PC and Xbox 360 title Fable III.
Amongst the names set to appear in the game are Simon Pegg (star of comedy series Spaced and zombie hit Shaun of the Dead), Oscar and Academy Award winning actor Ben Kingsley, loved academic and TV star Stephen Fry, Monty Python legend John Cleese and Harry Potter and My Family actress Zoe Wanamaker.
Other names on the cast include Michael Fassbender, Bernard Hill, Nicholas Hoult and Naomie Harris.
“This is my first experience voicing a video game, so what drew me to it was the team, how committed they are, how well organised everything is and how beautiful the game is,” Ben Kingsley stated.
Simon Pegg added: “One of the things that’s missing from a lot of video games is good writing and good voice work. I think this one has a wonderful mythology and it’s witty and it’s engrossing.”
Fable III is due out on Xbox 360 on October 29th.
