Atari threatened with Nasdaq delisting

Nasdaq has again threatened Atari with delisting, after the publisher failed to file its quarterly 10-Q report for the period ending June 30th in time.

It is the second Staff Determination the firm has received in the last thirty days. Atari will go before the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel to appeal both of them on August 30th.

Alongside this, Atari has cut the floor space of its New York office by half, reducing the rent to $1.2 million a year. Earlier this year, it cut its workforce by 20 per cent.
