Namco Bandai Australia and GameSpot AU are teaming up to host a massive launch event and tournament for Soul Calibur V.
Taking place on 25th January at Event Cinemas in George St, Sydney, the event will give fans the opportunity to play the game ahead of release, as well as compete for a $5000 prize pack.
There are 130 double passes to the event to be won, which require punters to creatively describe their ultimate fighting ability which makes them a worthy competitor for the event, with winners selected by the GameSpot AU team.
The launch event will play host to a knockout tournament, the winner of which will be sent to Europe to represent Australia in the worldwide Soul Calibur V tournament for 3 days in March.
Entries to win tickets to the competition close on Thursday 19th January.
Soul Calibur V, set 17 years after its prequel and sporting Ezio from Assassin's Creed, is releasing on 2nd February for 360 and PS3.
