AU/NZ World of Warcraft players now have increased access to in-person support via Blizzard Entertainment's toll-free phone lines.
The news comes as Blizzard prepares for the doubtlessly massive launch of Diablo III, and amidst speculation concerning the dungeon-em-up's rumoured leap to consoles.
Gamers can now contact free phone support 18 hours a day, at 7.30pm-2pm in Australia (AEST), or 9.30pm-4pm (NZST), 7 days a week.
Online support services are also available 24/7 on the Blizzard support site.
