Members of the UK games industry trying their hand at a choir. That’s got to be worth £20 of your money, right?
The Games on Song Choir will be holding its first performance at the GamesAid Christmas Concert on Wednesday 19th December at St. Stephen's, Rosslyn Hill. The fun begins at 6:45pm.
Tickets cost £20 per adult or £10 for under 16s with everything going to GamesAid. They can be purchased here.
Sponsors include EA, Fink Creative, IGN, Indigo Pearl, Mastertronic, OnLive, Sega and Ubisoft.
“What started as a dream in March is now becoming a reality,” organiser and VP and MD of IGN UK Ian Chambers stated. “24 people from the games industry, most of whom have never sung in a choir before will take centre stage in front of their family and industry peers.
“Games On Song is already proving that singing can bring people together like nothing else.”
The Games on Song Choir members are as follows: Amada Farr, Andy Payne, Becca Roberts, Bruce Grove, Charlotte Simmons, Chris Marcus, Emily Britt, Harry Holmwood, Ian Chambers, Ian Livingstone, Jo Twist, John Clark, Katie Brooks, Keith Ramsdale, Kirsty Payne, Ombeline Wallon, Paul Marcantonio, Peter Oliver, Phil Brannelly, Rich Keen, Rob Cooper, Sophie Cristobal and Tracie McGarrigan.
