Burnout Revenge overtakes the opposition

Last week’s number one, The Sims 2 Nightlife is knocked down by its EA stablemate to number two, but it’s another strong week for PC with THQ’s Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War Winter Assault entering the official ChartTrack listing in fourth spot.

Codemasters’ ongoing success story Brian Lara International Cricket 2005 climbs one place to third position following a 21 per cent sales increase. Another EA title, PSP racer Burnout Legends, slips three places to fifth spot and is now the only PSP title in the top 20 as Sony races to ship more hardware to retail.

Atari’s Fahrenheit slips three spots to number six, whilst Eidos’ Total Overdose digs its heel in, remaining rooted at number seven. Following some promotional activity at retail, THQ’s Juiced jumps a massive 23 places and re-enters the top ten in eighth place.

Novalogic’s Delta Force: Black Hawk Down recovers from the brink of dropping out of the top ten, climbing one spot to ninth whilst VU’s Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction falls five places to tenth place.
