The High Street discounting of EA’s The Sims sees the title climb from six to four as its vastly improved sales continue. Nintendo’s Dr. Kawashima’s Brain Training slips one place to fifth position whilst another EA title, The Sims 2, climbs two spots to six.
Konami’s Pro Evolution Soccer 5 falls a couple of places to seven, just ahead of EA’s third title, Need for Speed: Most Wanted, in eighth spot. BVG’s Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man Chest falls to nine, whilst Activision’s Over the Hedge resides in tenth place.
In a quiet week, the only new entry in the Top 40 is THQ’s movie tie-in Monster House which claims 18th in its second week on release.
