Develop Awards finalists revealed

Reflecting a bustling sector, the awards – which take place on Wednesday July 12th as part of the Develop In Brighton conference and expo – will reward the best studios, ideas and designs, plus services, recruitment and tools companies.

Some of the biggest names in UK development are on the list, with big teams such as Sumo Digital, Climax and Kuju in the running alongside newcomers Rocksteady and Bigbig. New UK-made IP such as The Movies, Black and Sniper Elite are also nominated (see in full below).

Favourites such as Rare and Bizarre Creations are also up for a number of awards including The Grand Prix which, for the first time, will this year be decided by the 50-strong judges panel from a revealed shortlist that also includes Buzz! developer Relentless.

If you would like to attend the event, contact Kathryn.Humprhey@BHPR.co.uk to book your place. More information on the awards, including detailed descriptions on all the finalists, can be found in a special guide included with this month’s issue of Develop, out today.
