Doctor Who takes over Google with 50th Anniversary game

It’s a moment fans have been waiting for for years, it’s dominated the media, the radio, the TV, press and the High Street all week.

No, not Xbox One, but Doctor Who’s 50th anniversary. And now The Doctor has materialised on Google’s homepage in video game-form.

The latest brilliant take-over sees Google users take control of the 11 current Doctors, and take them through a series of puzzle games to collect the letters G O O G L E. All while avoiding Daleks.

It may not strictly fall under the remit of games industry news, but it is definitely better than The Adventure Games and last year’s PlayStation exclusive The Eternity Clock, and you weren’t planning on doing anything else this morning, right?
