The board of directors at Tomb Raider publisher Eidos is set to depart following the completion of the firm's acquisition by rival Britsoft publisher SCi.
European managing director Jonathan Kemp and chief executive officer Michael McGarvey will leave the company today (Friday May 20th), while creative director Ian Livingstone will stay on for another month.
SCi's offer for rival Britsoft publisher Eidos became wholly unconditional on Monday (May 16th), leaving the board of directors to step down on Wednesday (May 18th).
The new board of directors now consists of Jane Cavanagh, Bill Ennis and Rob Murphy.
"On behalf of the SCi Board, I would like to thank the Eidos Board for their contribution over recent years and for their willingness to work with us to ensure a successful transition of the business," said Cavanagh, CEO of SCi.
